Where is your store located?
We are a small, home-based business with no store-front. We sell online via our website and social media, as well as at the retailers listed on our “LOCATIONS” page.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are “up-cycled” and made in Maui, HawaiÊ»i.
What are Sailbags made out of?
We are pleased to recycle or “up-cycle” kitesurfing sails and use this ripstop nylon and dacron material to make all of our products. Each piece is meticulously hand-crafted, creating unique, colorful, light-weight, and durable Sailbags Maui tote bags and accessories.
Where do you get your kites from?
We are fortunate that Maui-based company Naish Kites are eco-conscious and donate their excess, prototype kites to us. We also have many amazing individuals that provide us with raw material as well, helping us continue our Earth-friendly mission.
How do I clean my Sailbag?
You can easily hand-wash or toss in the washing machine. Sailbags Maui material properties dry quickly in the sun!

Returns/Exchanges
Our apologies for any inconvenience, but we only accept returns or exchanges if the order is incorrect, product is still as-new and unused, and we are notified within 14 days of receipt.
